Privacy and personal data: Information sheet in compliance with article 13 legislative decree no. 196/03
Pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 regarding data protection, the Municipality of Malesco wants to communicate to you that www.ecomuseomalesco.it as data processor keeps your personal data secure on files in his/her archives. The handling of personal data complies with the principles of accuracy, lawfulness and transparency wile safeguarding personal data privacy and personal rights.
Data will not be communicated to anyone and they will be stored on a server.
In case of registration to the website or connected services, such as the newsletter, the data may be used for statistical purposes (in anonymous form only), to send you promotional material, catalogues and price lists as well as to keep you informed only about Ecomuseo initiatives.
Some specific requests require to add data and if it is mandatory to add them, and you do not add them, we do not assure we will be able to satisfy the request.
